It looks like ruamel_yaml is blocking Python 3.13, so let's define in the pixi side Python to be >=3.12.

@malihass , this would be the setup to use pixi to manage the environment. Note that this doesn't impose on using pixi, but I had to narrow the valid version range for a few libraries, specifically the ones installed through pypi, such as jax.
I already include linux in the platforms expecting you'll use kestrel.
