Remove pillow==12.1.1 from api/pyproject.toml to align with upstream (NVIDIA#1517) and avoid moviepy version conflict. Fix broken __init__ dunder patch in test_chart_graphic_elements.py that causes AttributeError. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
