@dboulware @mhollingsworth-ntia Can we close this PR? We now support x64+Tektronix by default, and changing the base image is documented and supported. If the ntia/uhd_b2xx_py3 still works (has it been used recently?), maybe we should mention it in the documentation somewhere. Maybe it should live under the scos-usrp repo? |

Changes api BASE_IMAGE to ntia/uhd_b2xx_py3 which support arm64 architectures. Also, deals with the python version change in the image.
