  • Split the repo into core utilities and user developed analysis scripts.
  • Make the core/analysis_scripts package build/installable via conda
  • Add a workflow to upload the core/analysis_scripts package to the noaa-gfdl conda channel

New tests are added, but old tests need to be adjusted- tracking issue here:
