2i complete:
- Sian and I reviewed the content on a call with Jake yesterday and made some suggestions for minor edits - Jake's implemented these
- heading, body text and button text all look great
- button link works correctly and opens in a new tab, which is ideal for the user
- suggested that we needed to make the new section more prominent and less easy to miss, as it was showing below the fold - Jake's made the 2 headings numbered to address this - looks good
Happy to approve - well done Jake!

Description
This PR includes:
/get-startedthat links to the 'Register your interest in NHS Notify' Microsoft FormContext
Prospects currently have to email england.nhsnotify@nhs.net to register their interest in NHS Notify. This is a problem as it creates an immediate delay at the start of the journey, as well as requiring time and effort of an Engagement Manager that could be better focused elsewhere.
So if we link to a form where prospects can register their interest independently without assistance, we should see that there is less reliance on engagement managers to support them starting to use NHS Notify.
