Description
Makes the template id available in the request item plans table in the reporting domain.
Currently this only exists embedded within a data structure rather than a column in its own right, so more complex SQL is needed to extract this.
Context
Vaccinations are moving to a consolidated set of more complex routing configs.
Previously the accessible formats could be inferred from the sending group, but this is no longer the case as there is no longer a 1:1 relationship.
As such, vaccinations need to be able to report on the specific template used, and not just the sending group.
