Description
Adds the Obs Datasource module and outputs to the acct component that creates the oam link to the relevant obsservability account as well as cross account cloudwatch log delivery.
Adds a subscription filter to the cloudwatch log group in the reporting component.
Updates the grype docker image.
We don't actively use the group tfvars in the reporting component.
