  • Updates to the MOSAiC ontology is made and merged and we can now automatically get the basis from campaigns
  • fix the failing check for the NSF award name parsing
  • deals with the capitalization in ECSO value labels
  • provides a warning when there are multiple annotations found

@jeanetteclark fyi - fixed the test. Hope this update helps with future mosaic annotations
