role: "Full-Stack WordPress Engineer · Team Lead @ Glowlogix",

mindset: "I find broken systems before someone asks me to fix them.",
};I build and architect WordPress-based production systems — custom PHP, WooCommerce ecosystems, REST APIs, and AI-integrated workflows. At Glowlogix I went from intern to Team Lead in under a year, not by doing what I was assigned, but by identifying what wasn't assigned yet.
Three things that separate how I work:
- I diagnose before I build. I observe the system, find where it breaks, map the flow, write the SOP — then write the code.
- I own the problem end-to-end. From identifying the issue → formal proposal → buy-in → execution → adoption.
- I engineer for the next developer. Clean, documented, handoff-ready. Complexity is not the goal.

Intern Management Dashboard — Internal · Glowlogix · Shipped & Adopted
Nobody asked for this. I observed that intern management across 3–4 team leads was fully manual, undocumented, and inconsistent. Mapped the workflow, identified pain points, wrote SOPs, built a formal proposal (PPT + documentation), presented to management, got approval, built the dashboard. The team uses it.
GleamHR — Attendance Module — SaaS Product · Glowlogix · In Development
Product-level work on an internal HR SaaS. Conducted ground-level market research and competitive analysis before architecture. Built the attendance module with edge-case handling (late clock-ins, corrections, multi-location), accurate tracking, and clean data models built for payroll-grade downstream use.
Client Onboarding System — Process Engineering · Glowlogix
7 undefined manual steps → one standardized, documented flow. Used Process Maker to map the ideal process, wrote SOPs for every decision point, then built the automation. Any team member can run it without a handholding session.

Pixel-perfect Figma → WordPress for a fintech brand with zero tolerance for visual drift. Extended Elementor Pro with custom PHP + JS where the tool couldn't reach the spec. Performance treated as a hard constraint, not an afterthought.
Ummahunite — Community & Events Platform · ummahunite.com · Live
Custom PHP event discovery with AJAX-powered filtering (category, location, date). Separate role-based registration flows for hosts and attendees. Custom post types designed for long-term maintainability — new features added without structural rework.
