💡 What: Added prepareSearchIndex to pre-calculate lowercase search strings (_searchStr) and dates (_isNew, _formattedDate) during data loading. Also modified the filter in renderPDFs to use explicit early returns.
🎯 Why: Prevents expensive string processing and Date object creation on every single keystroke during searching. Explicit early returns bypass further checks immediately if basic conditions (like class or semester matching) fail.
📊 Impact: Considerably faster re-rendering loops. Avoids repeatedly executing string operations over the entire pdfDatabase.
🔬 Measurement: Verify by typing in the search bar. You will not notice a difference visually, but it is demonstrably using fewer operations internally.
