fixes segfault for CLI run of unserialized core (eg. uae4all)
locks installed cores => genearete associated .lck files for .so - don't cd to $ra_path - use cores/*.so path for recur. search $file - escape dot `.so` in sed cmd to look for ext, not any character before `so`
considering this are custom downstream builds, we don't necessary want upstream to overwrite them without opt to restore (it would be the best just to do a backup).

muslwe use our own buildbot implementation via MiyooCFW/cores
