update fragments config with `support/kconfig/merge_config.sh <path/defconfig> <path/fragment1.config> ...`
+ make MINIMAL="yes" (decapitalize value)
located space: - gmenu2x-skins: ~60MB - fonts: 13,7MB
the smaller `rootfs-size` doesn't get applied otherwise

mosty for faster development, also some handhelds came only with 512MB cards but I'm not sure if 510MB will fit in there (considering actual block size). If size is still too big it would be the best to just reduce ROMS size even more.
