It looks like some games may even brake at 50% (200 cycles_mult), so probably it would be the best to revert that change back to 57%. Anyway proper test should be done for majority of PCSX library before commiting here changes (via: psxcommon.h) |
description stated it was 50, but in fact for auto it will set 57% under-clocked value

for HAVE_PRE_ARMV7 it assumed that 50 is a reliable underclocking CPU value.
Let us use it instead of "auto" which seems to be defaulting to 57 (thus 175 cycles multiplier via
CYCLE_MULT_DEFAULT)
