RTHOR functionality for SATP testing has been implemented in a standalone python package - https://drandrewmitchell.com/rthor/ . So the R wrapper around RTHORR is no longer necessary. This is part of the eventual work of removing R dependencies by reimplementing in python where possible.
Will be fully integrated later, but for now, should use that package directly.
