feat: add scheduled sessions on iphone

• adds recurring weekday schedules that auto-start a saved mode on iPhone
• binds each schedule to a specific paired anchor for manual early release
• adds a schedule editor with tappable weekday and time controls plus a Use current time window shortcut
• surfaces scheduled sessions on the home screen with active and persisted states
