E2E Test Selection:
All 14 changed files are locale/language JSON files (de, el, es, fr, hi, id, ja, ko, pt, ru, tl, tr, vi, zh). The changes are purely additive localization string additions across all non-English languages:

1. biometric_changed strings (3 new keys): Alert text for when a user's biometric has changed - new feature strings not yet translated (left in English).
2. tx_review_perps_withdraw (1 new key): Transaction review label for perps withdrawal.
3. perps_withdraw reordering (minor): A key was moved within the confirmations section (no value change).
4. ios_need_update_ strings* (5 new keys): iOS version requirement alert for Google Sign-In feature.

These are pure localization changes with:

• No app logic changes
• No UI component changes
• No test infrastructure changes
• No controller or engine changes
• No navigation changes
• No shared component modifications

The risk of these changes breaking any E2E tests is negligible. E2E tests typically use the English locale (en.json was not changed), so these translations won't affect test execution. No E2E test tags are warranted.

Performance Test Selection:
Pure localization string additions have no impact on app performance. No UI rendering, data loading, state management, or critical user flow code was changed.
