Data Format

The genotypic data file is a CSV file with the following columns: SNP_ID: Identifier for each SNP. Chrom`: Chromosome number where the SNP is located. Pos: Physical position of the SNP on the chromosome. GID1, GID2, ..., GIDN: Genotype information for each sample (N samples in total).
