Add Miyoo Mini Onion OS Ports support

Description

This adds a build/deploy that will allow Miyoo Mini Onion OS users to run ChipNomad via the Ports system.

Note that many of these changes were made with CoPilot assistance.

Summary of changes

1. Took the PortMaster build and created a new Makefile for Miyoo Ports that makes a 32 bit build only that is SDL1.2
2. Modified the code to fix the screen being upside down by rotating the buffer 180 degrees
3. Added the specific SDL keymapping for the Miyoo
4. Setup the proper file layout to work with Miyoo Ports system
5. Wrote the launch script
6. Configured platform specific packaging
