  • Adjust MathMLForm and TeXForm handling, now that they are wrapped inside an InterpretationBox.
  • Use MathJax rendering for TeXForm.
  • Start to distingush rendering (low-level formatting) from formatting (the generic high-level term for Form/Boxing/Rendering)
  • Use Symbols rather than stringified Symbol names in formatting
  • Replace older JavaScript idioms/functions with newer idioms/functions
