Fix : bugs in m10.py , m13.py and m11.py

Fixes in m10.py:
This program is about 3 things of 1.Number guess 2.Rock paper scissors 3.Dice roll Simulation. In line 14 there should be a equality comparision . And the function is not called

Fixes in m13 :
This program is about the prime number or not.
This is a big problem in this program , where the program want to say the number is prime or not , but the program says the prime numbers between the given numbers

Fixes in m11:

   This program is about finding the perimeter and area of the shapes. This program has a minor typo mistakes like wrong spelling of variables and the function calls without correct number of arguements, which was fixed by me
