fix(marketing): simplify demo and rename plans

Summary

• simplify the demo section to keep a single mobile widget preview instead of two widget renderings
• rename packages and modules in Hebrew/English/Arabic with simpler restaurant-owner language
• make the WhatsApp bot part of both packages and replace CRM wording with guest-book wording
• update marketing metadata to match the new positioning

• pnpm --filter @openseat/marketing type-check
• pnpm --filter @openseat/marketing build
• pnpm --filter @openseat/marketing lint
• browser check: Hebrew default still works
• browser check: demo keeps one phone preview and removes the second widget
• browser check: HE / EN / AR package + module naming updated
• search check: no stale CRM / OpenSeat Live / OpenSeat Connect / OpenSeat Club copy remains in apps/marketing-site
