fix(marketing): default to Hebrew and embed live booking widget

Summary

• default the marketing site to Hebrew on first open
• replace the fake widget code snippet with the real live booking widget
• keep the widget copy/loading/error states aligned across Hebrew, English, and Arabic

Verification

• pnpm --filter @openseat/marketing type-check
• pnpm --filter @openseat/marketing build
• pnpm --filter @openseat/marketing lint
• browser check: default language is he/rtl
• browser check: no raw openseat.io/widget.js snippet remains
• browser check: live widget script renders in the demo section
