Erosion Comparison Module
The Erosion Comparison module compares the output segmentations created in the Erosion Volume module. The segments are subtracted to determine the change in erosion size in the timeframe between the scans. Images used must be registered before erosion analysis.
Parameters:
- Master Volume: Grayscale bone image (baseline or follow-up can be used)
- Baseline Segmentation: Erosion segmentation of the baseline image
- Follow-up Segmentation: Erosion segmentation of the follow-up image
- Output Segmentation: Segmentation of output image
- Output Table: Statistics table for output segmentation
This tool subtracts the baseline segmentation from the follow-up to visualize the development of erosions in the bone. The difference in volume and voxels are calculated and displayed in the table.
