Added the TOUCH_ID_OPTIONAL variable to allow users to skip Touch ID setup if desired. Updated the workflow to prompt users when Touch ID is optional, and adjusted dialogs and logging accordingly. Updated README to document the new option.

Introduces the TOUCH_ID_OPTIONAL setting to allow users to skip Touch ID setup, with a new dialog prompt and workflow updates. Adds detection of Platform SSO registration failures, configurable retry attempts (MAX_PSSO_REGISTRATION_ATTEMPTS), and delay (PSSO_REGISTRATION_RETRY_DELAY), including user-facing error dialogs and improved logging. Updates CHANGELOG.md to document these enhancements and credits contributors. -- Macjutsu#3
