Add MySQL support and modern Delphi project files

Summary

• switch the ADO connection layer to build MySQL connection strings, expose driver/port configuration, and remove SQL Server specific backup/attach routines
• refresh the connection dialog to capture MySQL credentials and hide unsupported SQL Server options
• add MSBuild-compatible project and group files so the solution opens in modern Delphi IDEs, and update the README with MySQL usage guidance
