I am a former PhD student, having just finished up a project in low mass dwarf star flare detection using All-Sky surveys (in this case, the ATLAS and PanStarrs systems). This work was made up my own custom pipeline to process both archival and live-feed time series data from the telescopes and apply analysis to them in order to flag potential flares, estimate their measurable physical properties and peform inference on metrics such as flare energies.
On top of my academic work, I have a love of all topics to do with Time Series analysis, Geospatial Information Systems and ML application.
Lately, my attention has been driven more towards the utility of data in both educating about and combating climate change
Lately, I've also made alot more time for engaging iny my love of web development, working on personal web applets and developing new skills in ThreeJS development
