Group submission, timeouts, localStorage and logging.

Fixes:

• group submission needs to be done for the complete set of properties. This is particularly important for the Telescope N/S and E/W buttons. Also cam binning needs to be done for X and Y and probably a lot of others.
• my setup needs longer connection timeouts and logging when connecting isn't sufficient to find errors

Enhancements:

• localStorage is used to the last value that was used when submitting a number or text field.
