Release v0.1.0 (minor bump from v0.0.9). Includes the Output Root / writable-default-dir fix (PR #43): single-LOG export now honors Output Root, and exports fall back to Documents\M2_LOG\LOG_OUTPUT when the install dir is not writable (fixes EPERM).
