feat: update sessions 02, 03, and 08 with new containers

• session 02: update to new OOD dropdown whenever available
• updated to new containers from LUMI AIF
• updated to new project code and reservation
• session 02: removed git clone from Jupyter instructions as they were not available anymore as jupiter-git is missing. We decided that we can let people use command line
• update some tokenizer things in the python files to prevent warnings from new transformer version
• add more lines between prints in python files
• updated to ROCm 7.0 container
• session 08: update GPU binding for torchrun to use NUMA bindings instead of Python function: feat: update CPU bindings when using torchrun to use NUMA bindings. LUMI-AI-Guide#100
