Introduces @huggingface/inference v4.13.0 to the server package dependencies for Hugging Face model inference capabilities.
Introduces a new prompt for summarizing customer reviews and adds methods to LlmProvider for summarizing text and reviews using HuggingFace and Llama models. ReviewService now uses the Llama-based summarization for generating review summaries, with the previous OpenAI implementation commented out.
