This commit changes the unread_issues plugin to work with Redmine 5.0.1

Shows the number of new issues, assigned to the you, that you have not viewed yet.
Shows the number of issues, assigned to you, which had changes since last view.

this not working the number still 0

checked plugin with redmine 5.0.5 - works good.
