Set the plugin compatibility until build 253.
The commit modifies the `pluginUntilBuild` property in the `gradle.properties` file to accept minor versions by appending a `.*` wildcard. This change allows the plugin to be compatible with build numbers up to, but not including, 254.x.
Revised the plugin's compatibility build range, updating the latest supported build number.
