docs: refresh README screenshot for v2.1.0#34

Stale image still showed v2.0.x layout (2-column Total/Free strip, × count chip in StandbyPurge header). New capture reflects all the v2.1.0 changes a visitor will see: - Memory card bottom strip Total | Free | Purges with left/center/ right column anchoring. - StandbyPurge card with "Only when idle" toggle above AUTO PURGE master switch; no × count chip in the header. - 14pt "Clearable" subtitle next to the 28pt KPI. Captured via DwmGetWindowAttribute(DWMWA_EXTENDED_FRAME_BOUNDS) so no drop-shadow padding bleeds into the PNG. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
