Added meta-analytic estimates of the proportions from QRP surveys
oops - wrong logit transformation variance calculation and in my haste missed specifying the variance structure on the model. Now updated with correct spec and also interval estimates on the plots.
sigh... last edit to add nested random intercept for each estimate

Hey Daniel,
I mentioned this to Cristian in the feedback on his thesis, but I was also just giving feedback on another paper and they had cited one or two of the surveys so I suggested citing your compilation in the chapter instead... that then prompted me to think, well why not just add the meta-analysis for you.
So I have added the meta-analytic estimates of the proportions from QRP surveys to the plots.
