lit-host: Update campTestnet, add campMainnet
Prevents company users from being installed without explicitly providing them in the .salt-local/users.sls Tradeoff is installing without a users.sls placed in `.salt-local` is no longer possible. This has to happen either manually, over via `lit-ansible` or `lit-node-deploy`
Prevents replica from being deployed on `prod` env machines which are on LitChain which the replica doesn't currently support
