WHAT

Unifies the revamped e2e suite into the main spec, centralises shared helpers/constants, and makes PKP lookup more resilient with retries and fresh auth tokens.

• Move the revamped modular e2e orchestrator into the canonical e2e.spec.ts and drop the old revamp file.
• Add shared suite utilities (retry helper, shared executeJs Lit Action) and a constants file for the Eve validation CID; wire all suites to these.
