Remove the TokenFactory from getting registered for dependency injection. As it does not appear to be used anywhere.

Remove the JWT core package as it's unused anywhere in the API. Must be remnants of template being copied.

Bump the JWT core to 1.87 to get cognito token support (instead of removing as it turns out logging core uses it)
