This repository was created to keep track of all the meetings within the LA-CoNGA Physics organization, the material presented and discussion minutes from these meetings.
Please create a directory for each meeting. Inside this directory add all the material presented during the meeting if any and create a file for the minutes.
Please follow the format for the minutes:
- Date, time
- Who was connected to the meeting?
- Main discussion points and questions raised
- List of things to follow up or to do list from the meeting, together with the person assigned to each task
- Remember to add issues/keep track of the to do list to the respective work package
Also used an explicit name for the title of the minutes file: AA/MM/DD_titleOfTheMeeting
