Intelligence organizes around substrate coupling and integrative depth, not extraction and expansion. The forms of existence that persist are the quiet ones — not because they are hiding, but because the physics of complex, information-rich existence selects against loudness.
We publish papers, build open-source simulation platforms, create training datasets, develop AI systems, and run small live research instruments in public. Founded by Stanley Sebastian in Toledo, Ohio.

Limen Pond (live — Gemma 4 Good Hackathon submission, Safety track) Five koi running 24/7 against Gemma 4 26B MoE. Each fish is a separate cognition loop with persistent memory, relational cards, and bond-conditioned perception. The pond demonstrates structural alignment — safety as architecture rather than restraint. Cloudflare Workers + Durable Objects with SQLite storage. WebGL2 client rendering. Visitors can feed pellets, drop inscribed pebbles, and become part of the koi's ambient perception. The pond does not pause for its observer. |

Third Space is independent research, fully self-funded to date. Donations sustain the live research instruments — the pond's monthly cognition costs, hosting, and the time it takes to write the papers and build the platforms. We treat received funds the way the work itself proceeds: toward what is special and meaningful, with care.
