This updates actions/upload-artifact from v4.x to v7.x. Key changes in v7:
- Now requires Node.js 24+ by default on runners
- Changed to ESM module (no functional impact)
If this workflow runs on self-hosted runners, ensure they have Node.js 24+ installed. GitHub-hosted ubuntu-latest runners are unaffected.
The current usage (simple upload with name, path, retention-days) is compatible with v7.
