We need ASM >=9 for this PR. The other stuff just seems to have broken over time.
Mixin does not allow re-entrance in plugins so we should not evaluate the args until runtime.

This PR adds Chocohead#24 (and also Chocohead#23) by LlamaLad7.
I changed the classpath, modid and some other smaller details to make this work alongside regular Fabric ASM.
I also switched to regular Fabric Loader instead of Chocohead's fork because it didn't want to publish with the latest version of Gradle, and older versions didn't work because a dependency needed Java 17 for some reason. Note that I have only tested publishing against mavenLocal.
Do we want to bump the version number as well?
