This PR implements the specialized tools for the Writer bookmarks domain, providing full UNO fidelity as requested.

It includes:

  1. An API reference document (docs/bookmarks-api-reference.md) resulting from web research.
  2. The implementation of missing tools (CreateBookmark, RenameBookmark, DeleteBookmark, GetBookmark) in plugin/modules/writer/bookmark_tools.py.
  3. An update to the existing ListBookmarks tool to align its returned schema with the new tests.
  4. Comprehensive test coverage (plugin/tests/test_writer_bookmarks.py) for all new and modified tools.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 1766246180854335480 started by @KeithCu

- Documented LibreOffice UNO Bookmark API in `docs/bookmarks-api-reference.md`.
- Added `CreateBookmark`, `RenameBookmark`, `DeleteBookmark`, and `GetBookmark` to `plugin/modules/writer/bookmark_tools.py`.
- Updated `ListBookmarks` to return the anchor text under the `text` key instead of `preview` for consistency.
- Added test coverage in `plugin/tests/test_writer_bookmarks.py`.
