Ratnafin Organizational Chart

Introduction

The organizational chart helps us understand how many people will be able to view and modify lead concurrently. For each Lead there could be a VH, BDM,BDE(optional), Credit Manager,Credit Associate(optional) working on the same. Branch managers will be at all times able to view leads and inquries under that branch under all the vertical heads Management will be at all times able to view leads and inquries for all branches and individual branches.

In the below chart we are representing flow of lead/Inquiry across the orgnization incoming from various channels from various stakeholders into Branches allocated as per locations. i.e customers,partners,Management,and employees.
