A user should be able to place an order for food

GET/ api/v2/orders/

How should this be manually tested?

• Clone the repo locally
• cd into the Fast-Food-Fast-API folder
• set the following environment variables

FLASK_APP=run.py

FLASK_ENV=development

DB_MAIN=fast_food_app

DB_TEST=fast_food_app_test

DB_HOST=127.0.0.1

DB_PORT=5432

DB_USER= <any super user in your PostgreSQL>

DB_PASSWORD=<the accompanying password>

SECRET_KEY= <anything>
