functionality to calculate Nusselt number at every timestep and visualize over time. Nu is calculated as:
Nu = H·⟨∂T/∂z|_top⟩ / (⟨T_top⟩ − ⟨T_bot⟩)
where H is the height of the domain.
Also, the average temperature vs depth can be visualized at each timestep.
Both can be toggled on/off beneath the main plot.
