This PR improves the error message thrown when an unexpected exception occurs
during
CsvWriter.WriteRecords.When a required dependency (such as
Microsoft.Bcl.HashCode) is missing atruntime, the previous message did not clearly indicate the root cause.
This change provides a more helpful message while preserving the original
inner exception.
Fixes #2361
