test(ShareButtons): create components/ShareButtons.test.tsx

Description

Creates components/ShareButtons.test.tsx with 5 unit tests verifying LinkedIn and Twitter share links contain correctly encoded URL and title parameters, title is omitted when not provided, and all links have target="_blank" with rel="noopener noreferrer"
