test: add responsive breakpoint tests for ResumePreviewForm

Adds responsive breakpoint test coverage for ResumePreviewForm.

Fixes #2699

Added Tests

• Mobile viewport rendering (375px width)
• Responsive layout behavior on small screens
• Adding skills on mobile viewport
• Adding education entries on mobile viewport
• Adding experience entries on mobile viewport
• Navigation controls visibility on small screens
