EN Install guide: PyCharm, Ubuntu and Windows
The instructions below are written for the PyСharm IDE but are applicable to other IntelliJ IDEs. IntelliJ IDEA is recommended for Java and Kotlin languages, CLion, for C++.

1. Download tasktracker.zip at the link provided by your teacher or contact us to participate in our data collection and get a distribution file that sends your problem-solving data to our server.
- Open any project in an IntelliJ IDE (or create a new one).
3. Go to File > Settings > Plugins.
In the top-left corner, select File > Settings:

In the opened window, select Plugins:
4. Click
and select Install plugin from disk.

Note: Some PyCharm versions do not have this button . In this case, find the Install plugin from disk button in the bottom-right corner of the Plugins pane:

5. Install the downloaded codetracker-1.1.zip (you may need to confirm the installation of JavaFX Runtime for Plugins and Activity Tracker plugins).
After you click Install plugin from disk, a window opens. Select the recently downloaded codetracker-1.1.zip from the list of downloads and click OK:

After installing all required plugins, restart PyCharm. To do this, click Restart IDE:
6. After PyCharm restarts, there will be a codetracker sign on the left. Open that panel and start solving tasks :)
The sign looks as follows:

Note: If there is no such sign, click in the bottom-left corner:

After you click the codetracker sign, a survey opens. Fill it in and start the session of task solving:
