QuantumAccelerator v0.3-beta

Changes:

This update comes with good (and for some of you not very good news). The good news is, that this update is the biggest so far and adds/fixes a lot of features which didn't work before. The not very good news is, that saddly the jar version of QuantumAccelerator will no longer be supported, because it can't provide all the features.

QuantumAccelerator v0.1-beta

This is the first beta release and contains bugs and incomplete features.
Only use version 0.1-beta if you are a tech experienced person and you know how to deal with possible damage.
